GRE HCMC announced it intends to comply with ESMA guidelines on EMIR reporting. Follows ESMA Dec. 2022 issued guidelines /technical documentation, see #157256 . Overview Guidelines for the submission of reports pursuant to EU Regulation 648/2012 (EMIR Regulation), under ESMA74-362-2281, will apply from entry into force in Apr. 2024. Effectiveness The relevant ESMA guidelines will now be entering into force as from Apr. 29, 2024.
