On Nov. 7, RUS CB introduced updates to banking group reporting.
RUS CB published ord 6800-U amending ord 6406-U on the forms, terms, procedure for compiling and submitting reports of credit institutions (banking groups) to RUS CB, as well as on the list of information on activities of credit institutions (banking groups).
Follows RUS CB Apr. 2023 issued ordinance on credit institution reporting, #169404.
Summary
The ordinance adjusts a number of reporting forms of credit institutions, including form 0409024 information on the conclusion of an agreement to conduct an audit of the accounting (financial) statements of a credit institution, banking group.
In addition, form 0409071 information on assessment of compliance by credit institutions (banking groups) with requirements for ensuring information security.
As well as form 0409102 report on the financial performance of a credit institution.
Reporting forms for credit risks will updated and will introduce changes re digital RUB.
Forms 0409730 information on mandatory standards of the central depository and 0409731 information on risk events in the central counterparty and central depository.
Effectiveness
The ord enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025, except for certain provisions that enter into force on Jun. 1, 2025.
