- PAN CB issued Circulars 2024-0063, 2024-0064, 2024-0065, 2024-0066, 2024-0067.
- In addition, Circulars 2024-0068 and 2024-0069 to set forth the applicable updates.
- The subject entities must file the questionnaire as indicated in relevant Circular.
- Effectiveness
- The updated AML/CFT questionnaire or form will be available starting Jan. 1, 2025.
- For this year only must report Dec. 2024 information no later than Jan. 30, 2025.
