KNY INS reported that Kentucky's decrease in workers' compensation loss costs continued for 19th consecutive year, showing an average 8.4% decrease in loss costs.
2024 filing, approved by the Kentucky Department of Insurance and effective Jan. 1, 2025, was submitted by the National Council on Compensation Insurance Inc. (NCCI).
