Amendments
This law introduces various amendments to the labor code including topics covering employment relationships, contracts, trial agreements, temporary employment.
Plus, working time rates, rest periods, minimum wage, professional unions, disputes.
Effectiveness
The law enters into force on Oct. 25, 2024 apart from articles 2, 3, 6, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, 26, 27, 28 and 29 which enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
