On Oct. 31, DEN GVT issued guidance on rates regulation for 2025.
DEN GVT issued guidance on the regulation of rates from Jan. 1, 2025 per Work Injury Insurance Act, and the Accident Insurance Act.
Also issued guidance on regulation of rates per Act on occupational injury insurance in Greenland and previous regulations on occupational injury insurance.
Regulation of the rates is set by the Director of the Danish Working Environment Authority after authorization from the Minister of Employment.
Rates Adjustment
Rates adjusted by 2 per cent plus the adjustment percentage for financial year 2025.
Adjustment percentage is set at 1.9 for the financial year 2025 by Ministry of Finance Executive Order no. 983 of Aug. 20, 2024.
Greenland
Per Act on Industrial Injury Insurance in Greenland, with effect from Jan. 1, 2025, annual salary, compensation, transitional amounts and ongoing compensation under Act adjusted on recommendation of Board of Labor Market Insurance.
