Sep. 2024 Promulgation of Decree
On Sep. 15, 2024, VIE GVT promulgated decree 114/2024/ND-CP amending decree 151/2017/ND-CP detailing the Law on management and use of public assets.
The decree 114/2024/ND-CP will be implemented from Oct. 30, 2024.
