RUS CB proposed ord amending reg 803-P on the Chart of Accounts for Accounting by Non-Banking Financial Organizations, Credit History Bureaus, Credit Rating Agencies.

The ord aims to align the regulations on the Chart of Accounts for accounting with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS 17 and IFRS 9.
Effectiveness
Comments and feedback are expected by Feb. 28, 2024.
Jun. 2024 Ordinance Issued
On Jun. 26, 2024, RUS CB issued ordinance 6729-U amending reg 803-P on the Chart of Accounts for Accounting by Non-Banking Financial Organizations, Credit History Bureaus, Credit Rating Agencies and enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
