Required reporting by insurers, nonprofit health service plan, health maintenance organization (HMO) (collectively, carriers), Medicaid managed care organization (MCO).
Must submit specified compliance report by Jun. 30, 2030, which must be aggregated, reported to specified committees of MD LEG General Assembly by Dec. 31, 2030.
