Follows updated limited liability filing fees, #193196 , Companies act fees, #193199 . Bill Provisions Limited liability companies (fees) (2020 revision) amended in reg 2 by deleting words column 1 and column 2 and substituting words column 2 and column 3 respectively. Additionally, provided an updated schedule to the limited liability companies fees. Effectiveness Limited liability companies (fees) amendment regulations take effect Jan. 1, 2024. Oct. 2024 CAY GVT Regulations On Oct. 17, 2024, CAY GVT published Limited liability companies (fees) (amendment) regulations , 2024 (LG36, S2) updating the annual fee under section 57(1) to $1,100. Limited liability companies (fees) (amendment) regulations are effective Jan. 1, 2025.
