GE DBoerse, Eurex, EUREX Clear announced member section enhancements, from Sep. 30, with ISV Registration & Software Management due in next release.
Overview
Changes will be introduced to ISV Registration & Software Management; and to the suppress port information for Colo 2.0 connections in the member section.
ISV Registration & Software Management
Currently, registration process for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) is manual, paper-based, but from Sep. 30, 2024, a digital registration process via ISV Registration app in member section will be available to ensure a smooth registration process.
All ISVs which offer software services to GE DBoerse customers must register their entity via the ISV Registration app by Dec. 20, 2024 latest; user guide is here.

Suppress Port Information for Colo 2.0 Connections
Switch port information for all Colo 2.0 connections currently provided via the member section, but this information will no longer be available to customers with this release.
Switch port information for all Colo 2.0 connections will be removed from member section to ensure fairness during allocation of switch ports for Colo 2.0 connections.

Oct. 4, 2024 ISV Registration App Available
On Oct. 4, 2024, EUREX Clear, Eurex confirmed launch of first step in context of ISV Registration and Software Management initiative, by noting that the ISV Registration app is now available in the member section of GE DBoerse group client portal.
Current registration process for ISVs digitized and launched the app Sep. 30, 2024.
All ISVs who provide software services to EUREX Clear members are required to register their entity via the new app by Dec. 20, 2024, at the latest.
EUREX Clear members should inform their 3rd party vendors of the new requirements.
Registered ISVs are required to also register all their software which is offered to Eurex, EUREX Clear, Eurex Repo clients and is intended to be used to connect to the respective market interfaces, as the next step, deadline to complete is Feb. 14, 2025.
And members with self-developed software (both trading and clearing) must also register their software, this registration will commence from Feb. 14, 2025.
Oct. 28, 2024 Software Registration App
On Oct. 28, 2024, Eurex issued Member Section Release Oct. 2024 which consists of a single item on software registration covering launch of the Software Registration app.
Software developed by ISVs and by participants which are connected to any GE DBoerse interfaces must be registered via the new app, giving details of the software.
Re changes to Exchange Rules and Clearing Conditions, planned for Jun. 2025, trading participants and clearing members only allowed to use such software if registered.
As of Oct. 30, 2024, all registered ISVs are required to register their software, and as of Feb. 14, 2025, participants and members using self-developed software must register their software, details of registration process set out in dedicated guide.
Nov. 2024 Second Step of Initiative Live
On Nov. 4, 2024, Eurex, EUREX Clear announced launch of second step of ISV Registration & Software Management initiative, in GE DBoerse Member Section.
Announced in Eurex cir 054/24 and EUREX Clear cir 037/24, new process introduced for software registration, launched Software Registration app as of Oct. 30, 2024.
With introduction of Software Registration app, all independent software vendors (ISVs) who provide software services to clearing members must register their software via the new app by Feb. 14, 2025 latest; also, software that is used by the ISVs to connect to GE DBoerse simulation environment should also be registered via this app.
Software Registration app only visible to ISVs which have completed entity registration via ISV Registration app; ISVs should complete entity registration via ISV Registration app latest by Dec. 20, 2024 to be able to proceed with software registration process.
Although software registration is already possible for Eurex trading participants who use self-developed software to connect to GE DBoerse interfaces, requirement to complete self-developed software registration will be applicable from Feb. 14, 2025.
Nov. 4, 2024 GE DBoerse Second Initiative Newsflash
On Nov. 4, 2024, GE DBoerse published Cash Market Readiness Newsflash confirming the launch of the second step of ISV Registration & Software Management initiative.
Announced in Xetra Circular 019/24, GE DBoerse introduced a process for registration of software, launching Software Registration app in Member Section on Oct. 30, 2024.
With the introduction of the Software Registration app, all of the Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), who provide software services to the trading participants, are required to register all of the software provided for users via new app effective Feb. 14, 2025.
Software Registration app is only visible to ISVs, which have completed registration via ISV Registration app described in Cash Market Readiness Newsflash from Oct. 4, 2024.
Therefore, ISVs should complete their entity registration via the ISV Registration app at latest by Dec. 20, 2024 to be able to proceed with the software registration process.
