CAL Dol Department of Worker's Compensation (DWC) announced minimum and maximum temporary total disability (TTD) rates which will increase on Jan. 1 for 2025.

2025 Rate Increase
The minimum rate will increase to $252.03, and the maximum to $1,680.29 per week.
CAL LEG 4-2-1-4453(a)(10) requires maximum and minimum weekly earnings for TTD be increased by amount equal to % increase of State Average Weekly Wage (SAWW).
Workers with date of injury on/after Jan. 1, 2003 who are receiving life pension/ permanent total disability benefits are entitled to rate adjustments based on SAWW.
Effectiveness
New rates will take effect on Jan. 1, 2025.
