OKL INS requested all surplus lines carriers to submit policy and premium information regarding non-admitted insurance written in Oklahoma for 2024 and going forward.
Information submission is required for both domestic and foreign insurer transactions.

Notice applies to surplus carriers writing business insurance policies in Oklahoma.
Objective is to reconcile non-admitted insurer filings with those submitted by filers.
For example, surplus lines licensee or broker, self-procuring insured, risk purchaser.

Option to submit data manually or via XML batch process for multiple submissions.
Data to be reported as it appears on the declarations page including policy number, name and title of insured, premium, transaction effective date, and filer information.
For US, foreign policy issuers reporting transactions that occurred after Oct. 1, 2024, notice mandates quarterly reporting using the reporting schedule as provided.
Alien insurer transactions effective Jan. 1, 2024 to Dec. 31, 2024, by Jun. 30, 2025.
