  • Report transactions effective Jan. 1, 2024 to Sep. 30, 2024 on/before Dec. 31, 2024.
  • For US, foreign policy issuers reporting transactions that occurred after Oct. 1, 2024, notice mandates quarterly reporting using the reporting schedule as provided.
  • Alien insurer transactions effective Jan. 1, 2024 to Dec. 31, 2024, by Jun. 30, 2025.
