RUS CB proposed draft ord amending ord 6244-U on the content of the reporting of a credit rating agency, form, terms and procedure for its preparation and submission.

Summary
The ord introduces sections to report form 0420880 on credit rating agency activities.
The updated form includes information on date and place of birth, document issue date, identification document issuing authority, taxpayer identification number, etc.
Due to reg 803-P on the plan accounting for non-credit financial firms, credit history firms, credit rating agencies and procedure for its application in force on Jan. 1, 2025.
As well the invalidation of reg 487-P on the industry accounting standard for income, expenses and other comprehensive income of non-bank financial institutions.
Effectiveness
The ordinance enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025 and comments and feedback are expected by Sep. 7, 2023.

On Jul. 26, 2024, RUS CB issued ordinance 6746-U amending ordinance 6244-U on content of the reporting of a credit rating agency, form, terms and procedure for its preparation and submission, which enters into force starting from Jan. 1, 2025.
