Tax rulings issued before Sep. 20, 2024, that are not part of the 2024 codification, will become inapplicable from Jan. 1, 2025, except for specific case-based approvals.
Rulings from the former bureau, included in the 2024 compilation, remain applicable.
All rulings included in the 2024 compilation have been reviewed and approved.
