On Jul. 24, LTH PRL amended law on collective investment entities.
LTH PRL published Law XIV-2889 of Jul. 11, 2024 amending art 4 of Law IX-1709 on collective investment entities to allow these entities to provide cryptoasset services.

Effectiveness
The law will enter into force on Dec. 30, 2024.
