Aid included grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans for losses.
Other programs to help individuals and business owners recover from disaster effects.
Federal funding is also available on cost-sharing basis for hazard mitigation measures.
Oct. 2024 SBA Aid to Private Nonprofits
On Oct. 31, 2024, SBA reported private nonprofits that provide essential services of a governmental nature are now eligible for disaster assistance from the SBA.
Both physical damage and Economic Injury Disaster Loans are available to nonprofits.
Deadline for property damage is Dec. 24, 2024; for economic injury is Jul. 25, 2025.
