Submission of Annual Returns
All clearing members shall submit annual returns for FY2023-24 to IND NSE via ENIT by Oct. 31, 2024, with reference to circular NSE/COMP/64234 dated Sep. 30, 2024.
Annual returns include audited balance sheet, profit and loss account, details on shareholding, directors, networth certificate for financial year ended on Mar. 31, 2024.
Members must submit financial statements in the format as per Companies act, 2013.
Non-submission by the deadline shall result in action as per circular NCL/CMPL/62227.
Submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate
All members shall submit half yearly networth certificate as of Sep. 30, 2024 to IND NSE by Nov. 30, 2024, in compliance with the duty to maintain minimum net worth.
Oct. 2024 Corrigendum
On Oct. 1, 2024, IND NSE issued a corrigendum to the Sep. 30 compliance department circular detailed above; minor changes are made to specific wording on pages 14 to 17.
