Set up a minimum wage review committee that will meet in the third quarter of each year to formulate a consensus-based minimum wage adjustment plan.
Formulate a clear review of procurement indicators including consumer price index.

Stipulated that the wages agreed upon by both parties shall not be lower than the minimum wage; any violation shall be subject to a fine of NTD 20,000 to NTD 1mn.
On Sep. 19, 2024, TAI Justice issued TAI LAB notice re minimum wage; the monthly minimum wage is set at NTD 28,590, hourly minimum wage is set at NTD 190.
These minimum wage rates will take effect on Jan. 1, 2025.
