IOM GVT issued deadline for corporate income tax returns with regard to accounting periods ended Dec. 31, 2023, and also provides Christmas period opening hours.

Deadline for Returns
Corporate taxpayers are advised by IOM GVT of final deadline for income tax returns submissions for accounting periods ended Dec. 31, 2023, at midnight Jan. 2, 2025.
Due date is Jan. 1, 2025 but as Income Tax Division is closed on that date, returns will not be considered late as long as fully completed form is submitted by the deadline.
Corporate taxpayers may be liable to a £250 penalty if they file their submission late.
Effectiveness
Deadline as set out by IOM GVT is midnight on Jan. 2, 2025.
