FR ACPR issued notice on compliance with EBA guidelines on the establishment and maintenance of national lists or registers of credit servicers under Dir 2021/2167.
Follows EBA Mar. 2024 final national lists of credit registers guidelines, see #180434.
EBA guidelines are applicable from Dec. 30, 2024 by FR ACPR, which must make every effort to comply with them, in accordance with provisions of Art 16 of Reg 1093/2010.
