ITA INS wrote to insurance companies with legal headquarters in another EEA member state operating auto liability insurance in Italy under free provision of services regime.
To standardize IT tools for data exchange with companies from Dec, 2024, return flows AIA1 (AIA_NOTIF)/inquiry requests (AIA_REQ) will use flow exchange solution UP4Flex adopted for EBDS, replacing transmission channel SPAZIO MFT/S by Primeur Italy s.r.l.
Does not entail changes in structure/nomenclature of the files (AIA_REQ, AIA_NOTIF).
Nor does it introduce additional reporting obligations for the companies; operational procedures are already provided for EBDS; and A2A user of EBDS will stay the same.
Infrastructure for flow exchange is already available for companies for testing/trials.
