RSA FSCA issued notice requiring all board members appointed / elected on or before Sep. 26, 2023 to complete Trustee Training Toolkit (TTK) by Sep. 30, 2024.
Emphasized that non-compliance will result in regulatory action being taken.
Information requested to evaluate if there has been non-compliance and whether or not to proceed with regulatory action in instances of such non-compliance, RSA FSCA requires up-to-date regulatory information on board members of retirement funds.
