Cited as Employment Tribunals (Procedure Rules) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024 that amends 2013 Regulations on governing employment tribunals.

Tribunal National Security and Powers
StIn 2024/1155 are made by Tribunal Procedure Committee (TPC) combined with the Lord Chancellor who makes those rules on national security), to implement reforms.
Specifically, reforms to Employment Tribunals (ET) as per Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (JRCA 2022), and the 2024 Procedure Rules remake rules of procedure.
As contained in Schedules 1 to 3 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, known as the 2013 Regulations.
Instrument also introduces two new rules to give the ET greater degree to be flexible in order to delegate functions of a judicial nature to Legal Officers.
Also, provides power for Presidents of ET to prescribe forms by practice direction.
Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 are in force immediately after Employment Tribunals (Procedure Rules) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024.
