RUS GVT issued law 450-FZ on amending article 14 of law on the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals in the implementation of activities to recover overdue debt and on amending law on microfinance activities and microfinance organizations.
Key Provisions
The law establishes and legitimate interests of individuals in the implementation of activities for the return of overdue debts are brought in line with the Tax Code.
Specifically, in the part relating to the collection of the state duty for the adoption by the authorized body of a decision on the application of a legal entity for the entry of information into the state register of professional collection organizations.
Effectiveness
In force on Jan. 13, 2025 (thirty days after the date of its official publication.
