Added definitions for child, child labor, clear and conspicuous, social compliance audit.
An employer who volunteers for social compliance audit is required to post clear and conspicuous website link to a report with findings re compliance with child labor laws.
Report will contain time of audit, whether employer engaged or supported child labor, child employee policies and procedures, child exposure to hazardous work situations.
Must include whether children worked within/outside regular school hours or at night.
Also include a statement that the auditing company is not a government agency, not authorized to verify compliance with labor laws or other health and safety regulations.
