Max compensation payable under Workers’ comp act (PEN LEG 77-25.1) (PEN LEG 77-25.2) will be $1,347 per week, for injuries occurring on and after Jan. 1, 2025.
Based upon Statewide Average Weekly Wage, determined for FY ending Jun. 30, 2024.
For calculating update to payments for medical treatment rendered on and after Jan. 1, 2025, the percentage increase in the Statewide Average Weekly Wage is 1.7%.
