Employers, employers' organizations, labor consultants, other qualified professionals will be able to access ALI Services Portal of Ministry of the Interior, Immigration One-Stop Shop section to prepare and save applications for authorization.
Digital identity SPID/CIE is essential, employers must have PEC address registered.
Pre-filling is open every day from 8:00-20:00, same Portal will be used to send applications starting from set days, depending on worker type on Feb. 5, 7, 12, 2025.

Before requesting entry into Italy, hiring non-seasonal subordinate worker residing abroad, employers must check with Employment Center for unavailability of workers already present in the national territory.
Check considered to have been carried out with negative outcome if CPI does not communicate availability of workers present in the territory post the request.
Joint circular includes form for application to CPI and form for self-certifying lack of response, unsuitability of worker sent or failure to appear at interview.
