On Nov. 14, GE GVT issued tax data transmission rule, under tax code.
GE GVT published Announcement at the time of data transmission according to section 139B paragraph 13 sentence 1 of the Tax Code, on new electronic data transmission.
Announcement Overview
The announcement confirmed that all adult natural persons may submit tax data via the ELSTER online portal of Bavarian State Tax Office, and online portal of the GE Tax.
Change is in accordance with s139b Para 10, Sentence 1, Number 1 of the Tax Code.
Effectiveness
The electronic transmission of tax data is now allowable with effect from Dec. 2, 2024.
