On Oct. 4, MLT GVT added new DORA definition to the regulations.
MLT GVT published the Banking act (supervisory review) (amendment) regulations, 2024 (Reg 253 of 2024) which amends the principal regulations S.L. 371.16.
Follows MLT GVT Jul. 2024 issued digital operational resilience regs, see #219715.
Scope
Transpose art 4(4)of Dir 2022/2556 re digital operational resilience for financial sector.
New definition added under reg 2 on Dora operational resilience act (DORA) regulation.
Effectiveness
The regulations come into force on Jan. 17, 2025.
