NLD GVT issued ministerial decree of Nov. 19, 2024, amending decree of Dec. 11, 2009 re Articles I to VIII of the Tax Qualification Policy for Legal Forms Act.
Ensures that Decree of Dec. 11, 2009, remains applicable to the calendar years before the entry into force of Articles I to VIII, Tax Qualification Policy for Legal Forms Act, and does not apply to calendar years from entry into force of these articles.
Effectiveness
Decree will enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
