RUS GVT published order 157N dated Oct. 10, 2023 on approval of the federal accounting standard FSBU 4/2023 accounting (financial) reporting.
Summary
A federal accounting standard has been established for accounting and financial reporting, which covers the composition and content and samples of reporting forms.
The standard is not applied to budgetary organizations and RUS CB in preparation of consolidated financial statements and in the creation of information necessary for the report preparation for purposes other than those provided for by law on accounting.
Effectiveness
The standard is applied from reporting for 2025 and is effective from Jan. 1, 2025, the forms of financial statements of organizations are canceled.
