DEN GVT issued executive order on revenue framework and regulatory accounting for relating to management of the data hub, pursuant to Electricity Act, s 71.
Also repeals the previous executive order no. 1608 of Dec. 28, 2022 on revenue framework and regulatory accounting for the person who manages the data hub.
Summary
Applies to determination of the revenue framework and the submission of regulatory accounts to the Danish Supply Authority for the company responsible for the data hub.

Effectiveness
Executive order enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025 and has effect for the revenue framework from 2025 subject to transitional provisions contained in the order.
