Oct. 2024 CAY GVT Regulations
On Oct. 17, 2024, CAY GVT published the Limited liability partnership (fees) (amendment) regulations, 2024 (LG36, S4), which makes updates to the annual fees.
The annual fee in section 20(1) is updated to $2,100; the annual fee in section 39(11)(c) for a registrant partnership which is provisionally registered is updated to $1,100.
The amended regulation and updated fees come into effective on Jan. 1, 2025.
