Deleted the timeline of Dec. 31, 2025 so that corporations can indefinitely conduct a meeting by electronic communication in the absence of consent of all shareholders.
Also applies to meetings for a nonprofit public benefit corporation, nonprofit mutual benefit corporation, nonprofit religious corporation, or cooperative corporation.
