Executive Order previously amended by Executive Order 1620 of Dec. 24, 2022, Executive Order 1529 of Nov. 29, 2023 and Executive Order 1763 of Dec. 22, 2023.
Changes by Order 1360
Amendments concern changes and adjustments in the amounts of certain provisions.
Order concerns the debt restructuring application, repayment installments' deductions.
Effectiveness
The executive order will enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025, so that its provisions will apply to orders on debt restructuring issued after that date.
