On May 29, RUS GVT issued law amending articles 3, 5
RUS GVT published law 120-FZ on amendments to articles 3 and 5 of the law on the securities market.
The law sets procedure for professional participants in the securities market to share information on an individual and their expenses re acquisition/storage of securities.
The federal law was adopted by the State Duma on May 21, 2024 and approved by the Federation Council on May 22, 2024, and finally signed by President on May 29, 2024.
