SIN MAS amended PSN04 Notice on submission of regulatory returns, applies to all licensees, and sets out the periodic regulatory reporting related to payment services.
A licensee must comply with the version of MAS notice PSN04 in force immediately before Jan. 1, 2025 for a reporting period ending on/before Dec. 31, 2024.
