Known as, Dyslexia diagnosis access act and requires health insurers to give coverage for suspected dyslexia, must not exclude coverage of screening, diagnosis, treatment.
Must also include comprehensive neuropsychological exams to diagnosing dyslexia and to determine the psychological, motional, educational wellness of the individual tested.
