IND BSE informed members that risk based supervision (RBS) data for FY 2022-2023, for the period Apr. 1, 2022 to Mar. 31, 2023, must be submitted by May 31, 2023.
Follows IND BSE Apr. 2022 asked members to submit FY2021-22 data, see #134832.
Submission of Data
Submission must be made electronically via BEFS; link will be available from Apr. 13.
The submission of risk based supervision data is mandatory for all trading members of IND BSE who have executed even a single trade during the aforementioned period.
The data collated from the members towards RBS is shared with IND SEBI and in case of any non-submission/delayed submission then disciplinary action will be initiated.
Effectiveness
The deadline for risk based supervision data submission is May 31, 2023.
May 2023 Deadline Reminder
On May 26, 2023, IND BSE reminded members to submit information relating to RBS for the period Apr. 1, 2022 to Mar. 31, 2023 to IND BSE by May 31, 2023.
The RBS data submission is mandatory for all active members of IND BSE and it must be submitted electronically only through BEFS by the deadline to avoid penalties.

Submission link will be active from Oct. 14 for IND BSE, and Oct. 18 for IND NSE.
Non-compliance will result in penalties, including fines, restrictions on registering new clients, disabling trading terminals if submission is delayed beyond specified deadlines.
