On Nov. 13, NASAA reported State securities filings migration to cloud.
NASAA announced Electronic Filing Depository (EFD) system will migrate to the cloud.
Overview
EFD serves as the central hub filing resource for State securities filings, to accept Form D, Form NF, franchise filings, other filing types, to look up securities offering filings.
As of Jan. 2025, EFD will migrate to commercial cloud, have a new URL system under the newly created nasaafd.org website, and new system support contact information.
Migrated EFD to retain the same credentials (usernames, passwords) as prior system.
Effectiveness
Current EFD system deactivates 11:59pm Dec. 31, 2024.
