IND CDSL issued communique on the template for the supervisory risk assessment.
Requirements
DPs are advised to complete fields in the template for the supervisory risk assessment inclusive of the data from their Live connected branches by Jan. 3, 2023.
DPs are required to furnish the data for financial year ended Mar. 31, 2021 and Mar. 31, 2022 via the link and will be able to access it with their gmail if on google chrome.
In addition, DPs are directed to fill in the complete details and recheck the same before submission, since modifications will not be allowed once submitted.
Nov. 2024 Sectoral Risk Assessment
On Nov. 8, 2024, IND CDSL required depository participants (DPs) to complete data required in designated template on sectoral risk assessment, given SEBI instructions.
Data to be submitted pertains to the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2024.
Details must be reviewed carefully before submission, as changes are not permitted.
Non-submission of data by Nov. 22, will result in matter being reported to IND SEBI.
