On Sep. 23, 2024, SD LEG reported proposed rule amendment in the State Register.
On Dec. 16, 2024, SD INS issued notice that proposed rules were finalized with the Secretary of State on Dec. 12, 2024 and will become effective on Jan. 1, 2025.
