Extends the automatic foreclosure moratorium for properties located in Maui County, Hawaii, provides relief for FHA-insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs).
Applies to initiation of foreclosures and to the completion of foreclosures in process.
Effectiveness
The moratorium will remain in effect through Aug. 4, 2024, deadlines for the first legal action and reasonable diligence timeframes extended by 180 Days from Aug. 4, 2024.
