PEN LEG issued Bill HB 1730 to amend PEN LEG PL 15 No. 9, which is known as the Real estate licensing and registration act (Act), to provide for further exclusions.
Bill Provisions
Section 304(8) of the Act amended to clarify that the Act's provisions do not apply to cemetery companies and cemeteries owned or controlled by religious organizations.
The provisions also do not apply to cemetery companies or cemeteries owned or controlled by an association created by a religious organization or a municipality.
