Follows AUT GVT Apr. 2023 issued data model ordinance amendment 2023, #168554.
Main Points
Details re the reporting format, specifications re loan reports, reporting on deposits and general ledger accounts, securities reports, payment transaction statistics reports.
Details on granular credit data, also SHSG and securitization notification consolidated.
Section 8 details the reporting dates, the reporting periods and reporting deadlines.
Effectiveness
The regulation will enter into force on Sep. 1, 2024.
Reports in accordance with section 4 lit. d, e, g and h must be submitted for the first time by the reporting date of Sep. 30, 2024.
Nov. 2024 Amendment Published
On Nov. 7, 2024, AUT GVT published a new AUT CB Ordinance of the Oesterreichische Nationalbank amending the Data Model Ordinance 2024, on the transmission of data.
Additional data fields are now to be reported relating to Section 17 in conjunction with Annex B.1 and Annex B.2 of ZABIL-VO regulation, as set out within that original text.
Additional wording is added to Section 11 and 12, with amendments made to wording in Section 13, to specify affects on issuers and/or acquirers, of reporting requirement.
These changes to the wording will now all come into force effective from Jan. 1, 2025.
