The enhancements will be effective from Nov. 27, 2023.
Nov. 2023 TAI FSC
On Nov. 2, 2023, TAI FSC said the interval for disclosing intraday odd-lot trial quotations will be reduced from 10 seconds to 5 seconds, starting from Nov. 27, 2023.
The goal is to provide investors with more immediate, transparent market information to enhance their buying and selling decisions and optimize the odd-lot trading market.

Jan. 2024 Further Reduction of Interval
On Jan. 30, 2024, TAI FSC reported the intraday odd lot system has improved market efficiency, prompting plans to further reduce the matching interval to 5 seconds.
This initiative aims to promote intraday odd-lot liquidity, improve convenience for intraday odd-lot trading, and create an inclusive investment environment.
The implementation is expected by the end of 2024.

On Mar. 15, 2024, TAI TPEX amended Regulations governing odd-lot trading of listed securities, to reduce interval between odd-lot trading matches during trading hours.
The amendments are effective from Dec. 2, 2024.
