FR ACPR issued Instruction 2024-I-13 relating to exchanges between FR ACPR and institutions and organizations in the banking sector amending other instructions.
Amendments to various instructions in order to provide rules for communication and submission of e.g. documents, reports, templates to FR ACPR via the ACPR portal.
