Carriers cannot sell plans to consumers with children under age of 19 in individual / small group market without pediatric dental essential health benefit (EHB) coverage.
Without obtaining a reasonable assurance that such coverage has been purchased.
Carriers which are selling benefit plans must be ensured that consumers with children under age of 19 purchasing their health plans obtain pediatric dental EHB coverage.
Assure consumers with children under age of 19 has or will purchase such coverage.
