MLT GVT published CRD (Administrative Penalties, Measures and Investigatory Powers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024; amending the principal regulations SL 370.25.
Purpose
Implementation of art 4(1) of DORA Dir 2022/2556; addition of the DORA Reg 2022/2554 among the definitions; authority oversight to outsourcing third parties.
Effectiveness
The regulations enter into force on Jan. 17, 2025.
